This is a Product Management Assessment, it is a bit unorthodox to include a company assessment in my portfolio but I believe it shows my approach, strategy, and thought process well. I also believe it is a great representation of my work ethic and capabilities in relation to Product Management.
It should be noted, this is an example of what I can do within a weekend, using a new tool (Balsamiq), in relation to a client I have never worked with, and requests that I just learned about.
Framework
As you can see from the framework I utilized my Project Management experience, and agile thinking from Implementation to develop a successful strategy for this Product Management assessment. This strategy aligned with all the client’s requests, allotting them the features they asked for and additional features to improve their business growth and development going forward.
